"The owner called me back within a very short time of leaving a message. He was able to provide me a quote over the phone after sending him photos. They were honest, cable came off and instead of trying to sell me another one they told me mine was fine and put it back on. They were on time and professional. Their price was very reasonable. "I first engaged this Company with a need to get new garage-door springs installed. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and did a great job. He also spent time trying to sort out my old garage-door motor. He notified me that it was in poor shape and took the time to explain the problem.
