"He came out to do the assessment for free and he came out either the same day or soon after that. Very easy to work with him on the phone and via text. For the emergency sewer pipe problem, he fixed it same day in just a few minutes. On the shallow well install, he even hooked up a field spigot that I didn't know about and now it works again. Very professional and would absolutely recommend. Prices were very fair, especially with coming out for free. Accepted credit cards through Square. $500 for the install (excluding price of the pump and reservoir tank which I had already bought from Tractor Supply) and $225 for the emergency sewer problem."

"From the moment Joe picked up my call the plan was formed. Fast turnaround on site visit for estimate. Very fair pricing. Lead time was long, but that's the state of things now. When time came to execute project, there were no delays. His office organized permits and inspections. His crews were courteous, hard working and left the interior job site in a broom-swept / shop-vac'd at the end of each work day. The exterior driveway was hosed down and scrubbed from all debris. Drainage system installation was done very nicely, using all proper fittings, cleanouts and flashings. The new concrete pour was feathered into the existing concrete slab very nicely. I likely won't buy a post-war bungalow missing a sump system again, but if I do, WaterBGone will be doing the installation."

"It went really, really well. I called to set up the appointment and the office manager was very helpful. She asked questions to fully understand the work we needed done. We needed to have a lot of work done and our house is older, so she made sure I understood what was involved in some of our requests (for instance: to move shower heads, they would need to cut into the drywall, and they do not do drywall repair. It's a small repair, we were able to fix the hole ourselves). She also clearly explained the cost of work. It was nice to know what to expect. We had two plumbers and an apprentice do the work. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, & professional. They made a few recommendations based on what they saw once they were on site (reworking the plumbing under the kitchen sink, which was a mess to even my untrained eye, and replacing the shutoff valves and cover panel for the master bath shower), and explained the reasoning. We agreed to the additional work as it made sense, and are very pleased with how it turned out. The time estimate was right on. The work was done well and is very clean. They cleaned up after themselves well. We are looking forward to having them back to finish the work in the main bath."
