Because their bid was the most competitive and their work exceptional, I have since hired them to do a number of other home projects for me. Their work is impeccable, the crew is outgoing, friendly and respectful of my home, they clean up after themselves, and they go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Bill (one of the owners) even talked me out of buying an expensive wooden beam for my living room ceiling. Instead, his crew built one for me using antique barn wood. Not only is the beam beautiful, Bill saved me $1.2k as well! I have already referred Perry Brothers to my neighbor who has since hired them to renovate her bathroom. And I am happy to refer them to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor."

He is professional, extremely responsive, and truly works to make sure that every detail of the project is done right. All of the subcontractors were professional and courteous. Lance was at our house for the majority of the project and did an amazing job with many aspects of the room, and particularly with the tiled shower. Brian was also great. "For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. "I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)!
