"Erik was hired to install IKEA cabinets in our home for a full kitchen renovation. I felt confident in assembling the cabinets and finishing them (doors, hardware, drawers, toe kicks, etc) but we wanted a professional to make sure the cabinets were hung level, plumb, and square. From our first conversation it was obvious that Erik is an expert in all things IKEA. He provided some guidance and changes to our design to make some subtle improvements that would not have been obvious to us. He also immediately identified a critical flaw in our design that would have greatly impacted the final outcome but luckily we had enough time to get the proper replaced item. Communication with Erik was decent but be prepared for patience with emails and texts. Phone calls seemed to be most effective. Also be prepared to be patient for his schedule. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and get on “his radar” back in July, it still took several rounds of calls and discussions to finally get a week nailed down and the arrival day wasn’t determined until the week-of. You will need to be flexible. The installation was very fast - he had all of the work completed in one day. He is also very precise and detailed. He took time to show me how cabinets were anchored to the wall, that cabinets were level and prepped for the countertop template. He also cleaned up nicely, was courteous in our home and has a professional demeanor. The installation wasn’t without issue though. He accidentally stepped on a weak piece of our corner cabinet and broke it. His solution was to “sister” a piece below it. I was told it wouldn’t affect the countertops as this had no load bearing properties and it won’t be visible once countertops are installed. I believe that he is correct, and accidents happen, but it was disappointing as mishaps was something I wanted to avoid and large reason why we elected to hire someone rather than do the installation ourselves. No adjustment was made to the agreed upon price to account for the broken cabinet which I felt would have been the appropriate thing to do even it was a minor reduction. Overall, I would hire Erik again and be better prepared to be patient and clearly a communicate my expectations. He is precise, detailed, and very knowledgeable on IKEA systems. His involvement resulted in a nice overall outcome."

"My fiancé and I met with Dianna at Closet Factory, who made our dreams come true! After moving into a two bedroom, two bath condo, we knew that our space was limited. We needed to creating a home office, while maintaining a comfortable bed for guests. Dianna was truly the brains behind the creation. She even set up communication between us and another person in our building that just built a Murphy Bed from Closet Factory as well. It was great to see the product before purchasing, especially in a unit identical to ours.
After our free consultation, she helped us pick colors, materials, and helped us configure a desk for our home office that matches perfectly. Both of us are in the real estate business, so resale is always in the back of our minds. Dianna took the time to talk with us about what options would be best for that, when the time comes.
It took two days for Closet Factory to instal our wall bed and desk, and they left the place spotless! We couldn't be happier with using Closet Factory! We are now saving up to do our master closet!

"DON NOT let the name fool you! These is a first class act and are first class people. They have a fully stocked warehouse of new construction grade cabinets, as well as all of the accessories and hardware for them. They designed and ordered our custom cabinets. Jan did a wonderful job with the design, drawings and seeing the project all the way through to delivery. Can't say enough about how pleased we were with their service and personal attention. Each and every person we dealt with at Salvage were helpful and enjoyable. It was a big chance and a lot of money to gamble, but I can surely state that Salvage is a best pick for custom ordered cabinets. "We were extremely happy with the whole installation process.
Pre-installation - Scott took the time to come out to draw the new kitchen on the floor and walls after we gutted the old kitchen to allow me to install the lights and switches in the best locations.
Installation - Scott's crew were skilled craftsmen. They were extremely efficient and courteous during the cabinet installation. The countertop/sink install went just as well.
Post Install - We had a cabinet face and roller that required replacing. They were identified by his crew during the install and were quickly rectified.
We couldn't be happier with the final product."

"Met with gentleman in the office. He then came out and measured and made a template. I then approved the quote and several weeks later they came and installed the unit. They did scratch the tall cabinet as they put it in place so they insisted on taking it back to the factory to repair this. They said it wouldn't look right if repaired in place. I was just sick but the next day I got a call it was ready. They came out and put it in place and I cannot find the area that had been damaged - whatever they did is undetectable! Absolutely love the vanity and cabinet.
