"Overall pleased with the outcome one and product. It was a large patio pour with colored and stamped concrete. Within two days they came out and had plans drawn up with what we wanted. Very nice customer service. The biggest issue we had was that they tore out the old deck 2.5 months before starting to frame and pour the patio which left us without a back door. They did give us a refund on the back end to help compensate. They were very considerate on cleaning up the yard of mud, debris, and trash. Overall, great end state. "

"We hired Fresh Coat to repair moisture damage to my mother's dining room ceiling. Terry Williams came out and gave my 86-year-old mother a very reasonable quote to repair the damage in the dining room and to primer coat and paint the ceilings in the kitchen, dining room and living room. After talking to my mother, she decided that she wanted the walls and woodwork trim in all three areas painted as well. Mr. Williams came back out to provide an updated quote. The quote was very reasonable. We decided to accept their quote and due to a cancelation is his schedule the job was able to start the very next day. We had Donna and CW as the painters and my mother loved them from the very beginning. Each day they showed up on time with Mr. Williams. They went far and above what was expected. Each day when they finished, they cleaned up their work. Throughout the process Mr. Williams would be there each morning to check on the progress. Mr. Williams never asked for any money until the job was finished. The final bill was exactly the same as the original quote even though they did more work than was in the original quote due to my mother's age. We could not be happier with the final results and would defiantly hire them again. I can't say enough good things about them!"

"We were very happy with Scott and the work he performed. He power washed our deck and stairs and then helped us choose the best sealing product for our deck. He worked with our schedule/needs for beginning the work and was very responsive to questions. He was truly dedicated to providing us with quality work. "I highly recommend Mike and his business Inman ProWash. I have white siding and some brick on my house. The siding was looking greenish and grimy. The brick also had some oxidation. My concrete driveway and back patio also had some discoloration. Mike took care of all of it and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the value. His prices are very reasonable. He was professional throughout the whole process. I appreciated getting a call 20-30 minutes in advance of him coming for the quote walk through and to do the actual job. During the consult, I like that he walked the house with me and talked with me about what he could do. When he came to do the work, he also asked me to come outside a few times to check if I was happy with things. A few areas needed re-touched and I felt very comfortable talking about that with him. I can tell he wants to do the best job possible and wants his customers to be fully satisfied with the work when he is done. I highly recommend!"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
