"I need to be very clear, the work done is very professional looking and was quick when he got here. Like other reviews though, Brian did not show up the 1st time scheduled, pushed back later into that night and did not make that appointment. Rescheduled again for Monday at 9AM and did not show once again. Upon contacting he informed me he would be here at 11AM-12PM, showed up at 12:20 and performed the agreed upon work. Things happen, jobs take longer than expected, but my problem here is that I was the one chasing for updates, he never once proactively informed me he was going to be late or needed to reschedule. That's not customer service to me. As far as the price? I should have done my homework and that's on me, but to charge Double for the same work because of switching out a different mount that's no more than 20 bucks? Yup, I'll be doing my homework next time.
