"After noticing that the siding on our 35-year-old 2800 square foot house was in bad shape and needing replacing. We knew it would be a major project and not an inexpensive one. We looked on Nextdoor and did a Google search and narrowed our search to three companies. We ultimately decided on Spartan Roofing and Siding. They weren’t necessarily the cheapest, but all three quotes were within a couple thousand dollars of each other. Our decision was based on several factors. The owner of Spartan, David, who came to our house was well spoken, listened to our vision of the project, and gave us several options. David is also the owner of Spartan. We got his quotes back in just a couple of days, just like he said he would, and followed up with a phone call to make sure he covered everything and to answer any questions. Since David was the owner, he didn’t need to check with anyone to get approval of the quotes. He was on time for all visits and phone calls. The start date met our schedule. David told us the crew would be at our house 8 AM on the date we chose. At 8 AM, we looked outside and everyone was there and ready to start. It was a full crew of 4-8 people. Jimmy was the project manager, we saw him almost everyday and also texted us regularly. We seldom saw the crew take a break and they often worked late. They kept us informed of what they were doing and encouraged my husband to watch what they were doing and answered all his questions. As soon as the siding was done and soffit replaced where needed, the painting crew came in and started. Within 10 days it was like we had a new house! The siding looked great and the painting was also. When done, Jimmy did a walk around and had a few touch ups taken care of. The crew even hung new light fixtures by the front door and garage. We’ve used contractors on a lot of projects during our 45 years of home ownership. We would never hesitate to use Spartan again. We highly recommend them and give them a 10 out of 10 score."
