The other companies only did the service according to their own schedule, which may leave animals in live traps for much longer than I think is humane!!! GEORGIO at GINX was VERY responsive and sensitive to time constraints, not only for us, but the animals we trapped. He responded to EVERY text regarding animals that had been caught in the traps and was usually there to pick them up within the same day! He would quickly swap out the traps with fresh new ones (NO EXTRA CHARGE); and humanely transport the caught animals (NO EXTRA CHARGE), with as little trauma as possible. We trapped close to a dozen animals that were wreaking havoc in our yard, and thanks to GINX, we can enjoy sitting outside again! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"
