He told me to check for water under the drawer. I found water. He explained most likely it was not fixed based on his experience with the problem. I agreed to keep an appointment. Day of the appointment he was delayed with a call prior to mine. He called and asked if he could show up an hour later. He promptly showed up in time. He was efficient and went the extra mile to fix our problems. He explained as he went along and showed us what the issues were. He had the necessary parts with him and got it up and running in less than two hours. His price was appropriate. I honestly have not had such a pleasant and expedient experience with an appliance repair. My only negative feedback is that he only fixes refrigerators. He is a very pleasant and patient professional."
