"I just got off the phone with Steve, who quickly responded to my request for an electrician I made on Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. He requested we talk on the phone and he could possibly assist with a quick fix. Everything he asked me to check and do, I already had done on the night I lost power. However, I went to the circuit breaker, telling him I was planning to shut down everything and power every switch back up again, hoping I missed something. As I did, I felt one switch was slightly wiggly, as he suggested I possibly would find. I purposely pull that switch off, then on. As he correctly predicted and suggested, all power restored. He stayed on the phone as I checked every wall outlet affected, finding each working. His knowledge, experience and honesty on a quick fix was priceless. The electrician came out the next morning, because he knew this could be a big problem. After checking all the outlets on the circuit, determined it was an old, 30 year old coffee grinder.
