"My tankless water heater went out on a Friday night, and the Water Heater Boys were able to replace it on Saturday the next day! Excellent customer service and professionalism. Will definitely call if in this situation again, and will tell my friends!"

"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"Steve Tinetti, owner of Maverick Water Heaters, is terrific! During the big storm the first week of January this year, our power went out and our tank water heater blew. Painful. We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge). Steve bought the tankless water heater we wanted (higher end) and got to work. By 6:00pm that day we had instant hot water (within 24 hours of our initial call). He came back the next morning for a couple hours to finish up the complete installation and we were good to go. I can't say enough about Steve and his high quality, efficient, and professional service. He is a long time Coastside local, independent business owner/operator, and one man show. He explained everything clearly and in detail. He did a superb job and I know this wasn't easy. The heater is in the garage up high on a loft and on the side opposite where the air vent needed to be routed. Yet he made it work and did so very quickly. And, he's just a good guy. A couple months later, we are thrilled with our tankless water heater. We are very glad we made the switch and feel very fortunate that we found Steve. I highly recommend him without reservation ."

"Pedro installed a tankless water heater for me. Very professional and reasonable. Would hire him again."

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"We feel very lucky to have found Francisco. He was incredibly helpful with our initial call and while quoting for us, personable, knowledgeable, and beyond patient with our many questions (even though it was all after hours). His price was the best one of the 4 that we had quote and yet there was nothing "budget" about the project or his service. A quality water heater and a job very well done. He has the years of experience needed to do great work. In addition, he has excellent communication (keeping us updated and informed) and is punctual and professional. Really, everything you hope for when seeking out a plumber or any contractor. We have zero complaints and only praise, very affordable, and have already shared his contact info with family members because we are just that enthusiastic. Sure, they may not need plumbing NOW, but they will some day. Two thumbs WAY up."

"Kenneth Asire Plumbing is the epitome of responsiveness, expertise, and great customer service. Our water heater failed and left my wife and me with no hot water. I used Home Advisor to get estimates, etc. Mr. Asire came out and gave us an estimate the next day. After obtaining two more estimates, we hired KAP, and we've never regretted it. Kenneth is extraordinarily knowledgeable, experienced, professional and courteous. The crew that he dispatched for the new water heater installation was great. The installation crew, Justin and Jerwin, were personable, clearly very experienced and did a marvelous job installing the new water heater and removing the old one. They worked very efficiently - from start to finish the job was completed in under two hours. We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Kenneth Asire Plumbing, would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them very highly."

"The tech came out and did a thorough review of the problems with the water heater. Very thorough. It's a heat pump water heater. They decided not to bid. I'd call him again in a minute for something else."

"Angel and Clever Plumbing team are the best! They replaced water heaters, repaired leaks, clogged drains and various other plumbing jobs. I highly recommend Clever Plumbing for any plumbing issues! He has helped me with multiple plumbing jobs, both big and small, and has always been great to work with. He’s very responsive, quick to schedule, and does a great job figuring out practical solutions. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and someone I know I can count on when something comes up. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others, you will not regret it!"

"I had water damage to the ceiling of my garage. Vicente provided evaluation and written estimate in one visit with attention to details and my customer satisfaction. He took the time to verify my plumbing problem by video taping my water leakage of my bathtub drain pipe with his phone through the broken spaces in the ceiling. He returned the next day with Eduardo, assistant, to complete repair with pipe replacement of old bathtub drain pipes. I was impressed with Vicente's respectful, honest, confident, and professional demeanor with attention to customer satisfaction and service. Vicente exceeded my expectations with exemplary work. Bonus: I discovered afterward that Vicente had fixed my slow flowing sink faucet next to bathtub without request or charge. I would request Vicente again for all my plumbing needs in future. Thank you Vicente. You are special!"
