"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"I hired Franco to help me assess moving my Gas and Water Meter as city of Palo Alto said there is a potential hazard. What the City of PA wanted is to create a hole in the outer wall and ask a plumber to extend the pipe to outside so that they (City) can move the Gas and Water meter unit to outside (to be safe with Gas Leakage) and build 3 poles around it so cars in the driveway do not hit it. It would have made the whole house look ugly with this idea. Franco came, assessed the situation and within minutes made suggestions that would obviate the need to move the meter outside. I did exactly as Franco said and it passed the inspection without much cost and an ugly looking structure hanging outside near the driveway. Frnaco is bright, smart, selfless and sincere.
