With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "We had the horrible experience of our main sewer, backing up into our home. At the recommendation of our daughter we called Point Loma Electric And Plumbing. They sent out right away, who put a camera down our sewer line and discovered there were roots in the line. The plumber gave us several choices from doing a cleaning with hydro-jetting to get the roots out to replacing or lining the damaged portion of the sewer line. We opted to just do the Hydro jetting for now and will consider replacing the sewer in the future. One of the good things is that they said that when we decide to replace the sewer in the future , they will apply the cost of what we paid for the hydro jetting to the bigger repair. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. We will be calling them back in the future."

I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater.
