Specs for planter boxes: Below are the dimensions of finished planter boxes (outside measurements). The planters will be sitting on existing concrete slabs. I'd like someone to come out and verify: Planter box on right side of driveway: 6’ 4 1/4” long, 10’ 1/2”wide, @ 30” tall. Planter box in left side of driveway: 9’ 1/2” long, 10’ 1/2” wide, @ 30” tall. Material - Need your recommendation. I am thinking they should be made of wood that won’t rot quickly. Perhaps then put roofing membrane inside the side walls of planters to mitigate rot, yet no membrane on bottom of planters so they can drain properly? Style: house is Victorian so needs to correspond with that. Yet I'd like a clean/ simple look that will blend with the house. Definitely not a vintage look. Ideally some sort of trim, yet I am open to suggestions. If wood, paint the the same color of my home (taupe). Questions: How soon can someone come out to my property to review the site? How long will it take to build?
