We already had another electrician come by who diagnosed the problem as a lost neutral and "recommended" that we hunt down it down ourselves as it would take time and the charges could stack up. He not only did a great job, his fees were reasonable and cheaper than the first guy who didn't fix anything. He even accommodated our request to wear booties inside the house. Just a great guy to work with. John was right, I called the wrong guy the first time. Would definitely call John again next time we need an electrician. Plus my kid loves his Irish accent."

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
