"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"Robert was an amazing plumber to work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest. All traits that are hard to come by in this profession. Ever since I found his business, Iâ ve never even bothered to look elsewhere. He never tries to upsell you, gives you options and always cleans up meticulously. Iâ ve recommended him to all my friends and family and they were all happy with his services. So far heâ s fixed my clogged sink, installed and repaired my garbage disposal, came immediately when my storm drain busted, and gave me quotes and advice on a tankless water heater. Hopefully I wonâ t need his services any time soon though!"

"Francisco did a fantastic job flushing my tankless water heater. Right from the start, he provided a very fair, transparent quote with zero surprise fees. Before starting, he took the time to explain the entire process and walked me through each step as he worked. He seemed knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and importantly ran a completely hassle-free operation. I felt confident throughout the entire service that I was getting top-tier work at an honest price. Highly recommend Francisco for any plumbing needs!"

"Got a note from SFPUC for massive water use for the past several days, but no clear smoking gun. Was really worried and called Francisco asking for immediate help. He was at my house in 15 minutes and walked through all the most common culprits (toilets, etc), until we heard the water running outside and found that my kids had left the hose running. Paid him for his time and will definitely be calling him the future - amazing service. Kids learned a good lesson too."

"Job was done immediately and with no fuss, and the whole experience was as painless and forgettable as you would want all plumbing to be."

"Needed to replace water heater urgently. I called Kenneth Asire around 5pm. He stopped by that same evening and by 9am the next day I had a new water heater installed. Very professional. I definitely recommend him!!"

"We thought we would have to replace our old water heater but Emmanuel was able to repair it at a fraction of the cost. He worked until 11:15 pm then returned the next morning to finish the job."

"My water heater was leaking and I needed it fixed asap because we had no hot water and I have small kids at home. Robert came, he saw the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently.
