My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.

"Called Excalibur and a gentlemen came to inspect the damage. After about 1 1/2 hours' inspection, I was given the assessment of damage and costs to repair and replace damaged areas. We set an appointment and they came at the determined time. The crew worked all day to replace and repair areas on roof, as was written in the inspection report. All work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after their work. Excalibur is a great company to work with and I feel very confident recommending them for any roof repair work.

Dave, Aaron and their crew recently removed our old 3 layer shingle roof, found a number of problem spots needing repairs and replacement, and installed the new shingle roof, which they did with ease over a 3 day period, and left us with a clean exterior and beautiful new Owens Corning roof with a 50 year warranty. Great communication, explanation, and spot on with the estimates, actually ended up being a little less than we thought:) When the job was finalized, Dave came over himself for a final walk around, and signing off, leaving all relevant documents, and permits. Wont hesitate to recommend these guys for roofing work."

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."
