"Unbelievable customer service. I’ve needed a new water heater for a while, been calling around for quotes. And this was the best!! They came out within a day and took out the old water heater and installed the new one within a few hours. Their customer service was top notch, their install was great and their clean up was very thorough and best of all was the price!"

"EV charger Installation went great. The electrician was right on time was very kind. He explained and answered all my questions and concerns. I'll definitely contact them again in the future."

"I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part). I called them after a good experience when they installed a new tankless water heater in my home."

"I thought I could save some money and install a pot filler in my kitchen. Long story short, Francisco saved me from myself."

"They are orompt, efficient, and clean up thoroughly. they replaced a water heater in a tight place and I couldnâ t be more oleased. . II will call them for my next plumbing job!!!"

"Responded within a few hours and beat my lowest estimate by $600.00. Delivered and installed tankless water heater and removed old 75 gallon tank water heater all within 24 hours. Did an outstanding job in every aspect. Would highly recommend!!!"

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). Chris and David clean up the work area and answered any of my questions before they left. The system has been working great. Thanks Chris and David, and Tarpy!"

"My water heater went out on a rental property that I have in Vista, CA. I called a couple plumbers who I have used before and both of them gave me extraordinary estimates for a new water heater install. Also, one of them was going to use a Home Depot grade unit which was about $550.00...poor quality as I have used them before. I called Steady Plumbing and Eddie told me the units he liked to use, the price, and his availability that day. He worked with me on the price and it was very fair considering I knew the prices of Bradford White. He communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and tackled the job on the second floor of the condo. Great work and I look forward to using him in the future!"
