He set up an appointment for Tuesday and was there right on time. I had other quotes, but Doug's customer service and quote were the best! "Arrived 1 minute before scheduled time! Brought the properly sized tank, but drain/overflow tray was wrong size. After disassembly, they went to a nearby Home Depot to get correct tray and a couple fittings/parts they didn't have on their truck. (They were not familiar with the way the original installer had installed a standard water heater tank, and wanted to "improve" the installation.) Installation went well with no further issues. They answered all my questions without any animosity. I paid the quoted price despite their need to get another tray and fittings.
