"I had four different contractors come to my house to give me a fee for a kitchen remodel at my home in Calabasas California. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price. They were coming up with every excuse in the book. They said there was no way possible! Then I had IND construction come out, they were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn’t acting crazy because of the budget that I set. They said absolutely they could do my kitchen remodel in that price! I was overjoyed but what was even better is they went over and above and made the remodel so easy for me and my family. "We were delighted with our home renovations by Calwest Construction. They worked on two total bathroom remodels (on both raised and concrete foundations), including a complete renovation of a spare room. Sam and his team were always on time, kept things tidy throughout the renovation, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the construction process. They completed the entire project in a timely manner, and the only delays were due to materials/supply shortages. Overall, they were very respectful of our home and expertly executed our design vision with quality work and craftmanship. We definitely plan on hiring them again for future home projects."

"HIC builders is a family owned company, and they did a terrific job at my house. We added an ADU above the garage, remodeled two bathrooms, and did other extensive work on the house. Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left.
