Don was very professional and friendly. his Dog Cairo was his sidekick. and a very nice. but big dog. the estimate was quick, and he explained things well. and UNLIKE the National chain. did not try to upsell. or claim FREE stuff was included. the work was started within a day of estimate.. and even with unforseen setbacks trying to do the electrical is was still done quickly.. his crew was friendly and kept the demo debris to a minimum.. it did take longer than expected. but it was complete in about 14 days.. and you can not tell where they had to access the electrical. we are very happy with the Tub, and his work.. LOCAL BUSINESS also kept money in our community.. for much less than the national brand. that left a sour taste. he was also kind to answer questions for our neighbor who was doing his own work.. you can't beat that type of "old school" friendliness .."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed.
