"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The original work was completed 4/4/12
This included repairing 9 roof angles, repairing/patching this same soffet/Eve and closing off the A/C Chase with wire mesh to keep out and repair damage caused by Racoons.
After responding to a new service call on 3/3/15 for Attic inspection due to another Racoon break-in another area of the house, Critter Control offered to rework the soffet/Eve area with a new material/technique even though the area was still secured from the Racoons.
Additionally, before Critter Control was able to complete the soffet/Eve repair which required two technicians due the steep pitch of the 2nd story roof, we reported another Racoon Break in and they thoroughly inspected another large section of the Attic to enure there were no baby Racoons nor droppings..
Critter Control is courteous, prompt and they stand behind their work. We highly recommend them for critter control.

"Home Resources installed two sky lites and the work was completed. However, overall commuication was inadequate.
Installers showed up without calling calling. This created an inconvenience for me, because I had to leave work to ask and answer questions of installers.
Also skylite needed cleaning, after install, again workers showed up with wrong ladder promised to come back next
day and did not show up. There appears to be no coordination between office and workers with no oversight by management.

"Rental property so not present for service (inspection was thorough). Very professional dealing with tenant and assured them that issue was being taking care of."
