"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."

"has exceeded all our expectations with our new house renovation, including flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. The job site was impeccably neat and clean throughout the project. We highly recommend Javiconcept for their excellent service and dedication to delivering top-notch results!"

"Cer Custom Renovations did an excellent job on a complex remodel. Jose was professional, accommodating, and produced an outstanding result. We recommend them and would use them again. No project this complex is without hiccups, but when they happened Cer Custom Renovations came through. Well done."

"Honest and fair price knows about building and remodeling homes."

"Remodeling our kitchen was an interesting experience and we were very happy with the result. Since first day Jess was very helpful and transparent with the information we needed and was always available for any question we might had. He and his team did everything to make the experience as smooth and efficient as possible. It only took 2 weeks to complete the remodeling and they were very professional and always on time with the schedule."

"I needed a number of areas painted, so I didn't want to go for that 2 or 3 room nonsense. I wanted to hire a painter for a day and pay them by the hour. I found exactly that with JH7 Remodeling & Paint. I used them for 10 hours one day and 2 hours the following day to get everything done. The painting performed was done by 1 painter. He did superior work. He was professional and courteous. There was a language barrier since he spoke little English, but we communicated well enough to get everything completed. I couldn't be happier with my paint selections, and the work they did. I would hire them again easily. I highly recommend them."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"I had seen Ray's advertisement in Angie's book under construction, figuring he should be able to do about anything, I was right and I'm very lucky. He returned my call the next business day as I had called after hours and left a recorded message. I had another person do work in Novemeber late and I'm still waiting for him to return and finish unfinished work, but he got paid and now he's sending a refund. So you can image my fears of getting another person, boy was I lucky. I had Ray start out with the trim around my garage door (Old trim had been removed for the house to be Stuccoed). Also a ceiling patch because the roof leaked and it had ugly water damage (Gone & Beautiful). Ray also took it upon himself to put ceiling texture where there was gouges from ME removing the popcorn ceiling (he also painted the areas after all had dried). I then had on my list to put Crown Molding up in the entire living room space, entry, and our hallway, and painted, this was done the same day as the other projects. Ray helped me get a lot of my "THINGS TO DO" completed. So seeing what a great job he does, I asked for him to do more on my list (You Know These List Don't END!) Ray isn't pushy but does give you suggestions, he's smart, polite, and very professional. Ray is Prompt and lets you know if he's running late."

"Total Home roofing was hired by my wife and I . They came out at 8 am on Monday May 11 . By 5 pm on the 12th the the roof on my home was almost finished . On Tuesday the 12 the roof was totally finished on the house and by 4 pm the roof on the garage was finished. They cleaned the property completely up. You could not even tell that a roof had been torn off and replaced. They cleaned the gutters flowerbeds drive ways completely clean of any debris. We have a very tall two story home and it’s a real pain to get on because of its height. This company made the job look so easy.. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Bravo to total home roofing. By the way the job manager and supervisor made constant contact with me as well as the home officer staff also. They have also made several calls to follow up on the job to see if there was anything else that we needed or required. This was a class act from start to Finish."
