"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.  
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

With that being said, communication was quite a struggle through the process and the sales person was challenging to work with (although understand that he is no longer with them.) Shannon is the best person to work with - he cares about the quality! Please know that showing up (on time or even the stated day) is not going to happen as you expect it.
