"Silver and his crew work faster than you would expect especially for a porch demolition that was stucco frontage and a flat top roof which was constructed with improper drainage. Silver knew exactly how he was going to build the replacement porch with proper drainage and a metal roof. Silver’s leadership and oversight during the process of construction was impressive. I had a sense of trust in his competency and skills from the first ten minutes that I initially meet him. The construction was like clockwork even after getting supplies each day the work began at 8am till 5 pm. I even started to discuss other projects that he would perform for us with the same proficiency. He was the only contractor that when I initially spoke with him told me the details of his new porch construction for the project that met my standards without suggestion from me, If you are worried about quality work. His prices were estimated easily for him due to his experience from building in more severe weather."

"Did a great job installing my pergola"

"Quality Custom Decks tuned key the entire project including the deck. I was very pleased with the results."

"I have always wanted an enclosed patio for my backyard but I decided to do a catio instead. I wanted to have a place for me to relax and have an area where my cats could play without having to worry about the heat. I contacted Integrated Outdoor Designs when I saw the amazing custom builds they had on their website. Kyle was very helpful in coming up with a design that would work for me and my budget. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. When my catio got started I was contacted by Kent who would be the project manager. Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. I would highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone looking for a high quality, custom build whether you want a patio, sunroom, or even your very own catio."

"Project: Deck built connecting to existing Patio and added Pergola. It is beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. They listened to us, made suggestions and worked in a professional and timely manner. And the cost fit our budget which made us extremely happy. I would highly recommend them. Thank You Paradise Decks and Spas, LLC! "James had a big job with an outdoor support post knocked over due to weather but also hidden rot and a second post that moved about an inch due to hidden rot. James knows what he’s doing, explains well, knows the building codes and doesn’t cut corners. He even did preventative work on a 3rd post that would be costly to replace if rot gets to it. He’s the man for carpentry work. Would 💯 recommend him !!"

"They were professional and honest. Brandon was a great craftsman!"

"He is a man of his word, he came when he said he would. He had good suggestions and good prices, Is also very knowledgeable and I was very impressed with his work."

"JOSE RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST TO FIX THE YARD ON THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE THE VERY NEXT DAY. DUE TO MY TIGHT SCHEDULE, HE AND HIS CO-WORKER CAME IN FEW DAYS WITH ALL THE SUPPLIES AND LAIED SOD I REQUESTED. DESPITE THE HEAT OVER 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE, THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN 2 HOURS. THE RATE FOR THEIR WORK IS VERY REASONABLE (I THOUGHT IT WOULD COST ME MUCH MORE). JOSE HERNANDEZ AND HIS CO-WORKER ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO HAVE BUSINESS WITH. THEY HAVE DONE WONDERFUL JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JJ HERNANDEZ TO ANYBODY."
