"I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience."

"He did an excellent job and scrubbed the tub itself as well, even though this wasn't part of the original proposal. He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. He moved his car without being asked in order to accommodate our handyman, who was there at the same time. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

they arive on time and take a walk around the apartment for see what its the damage on the carpet and the sofa and love seat.
the ask me about the  spots on my carpet i told they, spil coffee and soda on the carpet and my dog was damage the carpet, they take action and pre spay all the carpet for remove the spots.
after that they start to clean the carpet, when they done we take a walk around the rooms and i see the spots was gone.
