Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."

"Bob was very responsive called back within a few minutes of me leaving voice mail. He was able to schedule a tech to fix our leak, before another plumber returned my call. Bob was concerned that our attic crawl was tight and his tech that day was a big guy, so when the other plumber said they had a little guy, I asked Bob if he'd prefer to do the job or let the other plumber do it. Bob was gracious and said it might be better for the other guy to do it. The other folks came and did a fine job. I would not hesitate to hire Personal Plumbing for any other job."
