"Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!!    He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint.  Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen. I have hardly needed to use my air conditioning and it has been 90 degrees outside. I highly recommend Robert and Tint San Diego!

"They were very concerned and efficient. A weed-eater flying rock hit the 8 feet French door window, cracking the entire outer surface. They came the same day to crack/break the entire outer surface to reduce possibility of injury from falling glass. Then they measured and ordered. They were ready to install in 3 days. With my schedule, we made a time for 5 days. As the seal was broken on the 2nd door, I asked for a price on it. They gave me a $100.00 discount to do both doors. The project was completed efficiently and windows are quite clear and beautiful. They do charge 5% fee for credit card usage. So I chose "check" to save that extra amount."

"First they were supposed to call within a time limit according to Angie's list to set up an appointment. for the big deal  Instead after the time limit elapsed they sent an Angie's list message saying they would start calling several days later to set up an appointment for service. Eventually they called and set up an appointment something like a week after the big deal was purchased.  The first appointment available was almost a month away, so I set up the appointment for that time.  The day of the appointment the plumber showed up several hours before the scheduled appointment when no one was home and left his card on the door.  This was on a Friday.  Called them that day, Saturday and Monday leaving messages and finally got a call back on Monday asking if they could come over immediately since they were in the area.  He came and checked the line with his camera and said it was already clean so he wouldn't hydro-jet it.
