"Initial pricing seemed unreasonable, but negotiated, and then job actually was of higher difficulty."

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"Had dry rot and termite damage in our garage framing causing a leak from the deck built over the garage."

"Our roof was in bad shape and we needed to have it replaced. I had gotten estimates and decided to go with Home Pro Remodeling. Emil and Brian were our contact people for the project. Emil was very professional and paid attention to our concerns. He worked with us through the entire project to our complete satisfaction. Brian is extremely courteous and helpful as well! The project went very smoothly, was completed before the initial project end date, and the results were beyond our expectations. The job turned our beautifully! Our new roof looks FANTASTIC! Our neighbors have commented to us how great it looks. We are very pleased with our experience with Home Pro Remodeling and would definitely recommend them."

"The project was in completed in four phases over 9 months time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Tim Larkin and his installation team are timely, efficient, careful, and most of all, detail oriented. Every home presents workmanship challenges to a project. I was so impressed with how the team was able to find solutions such as going over air vents and building moulding returns that look absolutely beautiful (see pics). I am not done hiring them either! I have one more project for them and they will be in home in 2019 for sure."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"Palm Construction did many projects for me: remodel bathroom, replace the roof, termite treatment, install of can lights, crown molding, skylight, and painting. The workers are very friendly and all talented. The quality of their work is excellent. The overseeing contractor for all my jobs was Omri. He understands quickly the scope of what you want done. He is organized, honest, and prompt at returning texts/calls. He has personal integrity, and just is a really nice guy. All of the people I met in the company connected to my projects, from owner to people doing the actual work - they were really delightful to meet and work with. I would highly recommend Palm Construction for any project!"
