"I highly recommend going with Jesse for any of your appliance repairs or needs. His knowledge was incredible and his manors and way he carried himself throughout our project was such a breath of fresh air. He was quick efficient and honest. He showed up right on time. Cleaned up very well after himself. And made the entire process a breeze!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Tan arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. We discussed repair options and decided to purchase a new refrigerator instead of repair our current one. Tan even asked if I had any questions about my other appliances. Great service and we will definitely use him in the future. Thanks!"

"Cristian is a conscience man, even did a little extra repair on my stove, will recommend him to anyone who asks me if I know an appliance repair service!"

"I really like their service. It is a professional job and quick repair. I highly recommend this company!"

"Excellent service for my Miele oven! Estimate was precise and with great quality work."

"I don't generally need to hire anyone to fix items around my home, as I'm an experienced DIY person. I can't say enough great things about Dimitri. He was always on time, personable, customer satisfaction oriented, and repaired both my oven and microwave. I have already recommended him to all of my friends, family, and neighbors. Again, I received exceptional service from FOLA and Dimitri."

"The employee who was trouble-shooting the problem could not pinpoint the exact problem. So he contacted his boss-the owner--who promptly came out. He knew it was a wiring problem but was unable to pinpoint where in the wiring the problem was. So we then discussed prices of a new unit in case it couldn't be repaired. He later emailed me an estimate for the cost of fixing the problem (still not specifically identified) which was extremely high: $460.00--far beyond my ability to pay. I asked my friends and eventually found someone who knew a lot about air condidtioners & wiring and he and I together were able to trouble shoot & find the exact location of the severed wires which were not difficult or time consuming to find. My air conditioner has been running just fine ever since. I saved $370 by getting involved in the trouble shooting. Tarpy was professional and responsive but highly overpriced with this particular problem."

"Browne Appliance was great. Called the same day. Job was completed the same day. This was on a Sunday I might add. Great service."

"Installation of an on over-the-counter microwave. Alex came out looked at the project, gave me a quote and got it done in a rather short time. Good job Alex!"
