"I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"

"My husband and I are in our 70’s. All of the upgrades/construction in our house in over 26 years was done by my career-construction husband. But recently he hurt his back. We needed our guest bath prefab bathtub/shower removed and replaced with a NICE prefab WALK-IN shower handicapped out. Our 95-year old mom was coming for a 2-week visit. We only had 3 weeks notice. Ani Kevorkian, owner of LGC Construction came to our house 1 day after I called. She listened, REALLY listened to what we wanted and understood the time constraint. She gave us a quote within hours and started the job within days. Her two gentlemen who came out were just awesome and cleaned everything up each day. Then Ani surprised us with “barn-door” glass shower doors that we didn’t even know we were getting. The shower is just beautiful! This company is exceptional. I have and will continue to tell our neighbors, people at our church, friends, etc. about LGC Construction! You can TRUST THEM!!!!"

"Jorge, Andy and their team at A1-Builders were knowledgeable, honest, reliable and above all always available to answer any questions we had. They helped build a 2 bed 1 bath 600sqft addition to our home during the lean months over the pandemic. We had multiple projects (pool, patio, retaining wall) going on at the same time with other contractors and the crew from A1-Builders were by far the most professional. They always made sure that they left their work site clean after each dayâ s work. "McGee construction recently insulated, dry walled, and added electrical outlets my garage. They were quick and efficient in completing the project. It was a pleasure working with Cade who coordinated everything and was very hands on making sure everything was to our liking. Cade was very hands on making sure things were kept at a certain standard. We got quotes from 5 other companies and McGee Construction was the company we ultimately decided to go with because they are very fairly priced and overall just had good vibes when talking with them. We definitely do not regret our choice and would recommend them for anyone looking to start a new project for their home."
