"Was contacted by the Owner (Rick) and he sent out a technician Travis Joslin. He was very professional, friendly, and knew his job very well! Since I hadn't used my system in a couple of years he checked everything out and he was honest and let me know that the system was in much better shape than what I thought it was. He only needed to replace a couple of the sprinkler heads and redirect a few more. I had a zone that wasn't providing enough water in one of my zones and needed to get another head installed and I also requested to get Drip lines installed into my flower bed. I made another appointment and Travis came out again; completed the work and I'm very satisfied with how my system is working. I would recommend this company if you're having any issues with your sprinkler system!! The company will return your phone calls, if an appointment is made they will show up on time, and if your tech is Travis expect Outstanding, Quality Work!!! "I chose to use Jeff's Westside Plumbing after learning the plumbing company I had used for many years had gone out of business. I was a little nervous about having to use someone "new". The office personnel were very polite and helpful, the repairmen arrived right on time after the office called 15-minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. The two men were also polite and professional. We ran into a problem just as they were about to finish the installation as a part was missing from the kit I had purchased from a local home supplies center. They immediately offered to come back the next day, a Saturday, after I had resolved the missing part problem. After they left, I went immediately to exchange the faulty kit, called the office the next morning, and they sent the same repair guys out that morning. The new faucet was installed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and gave me my bill. I was able to call the office with my credit card information so all was taken care of that day. I love my new faucet, and I've found my new plumbers!"

"The project is still underway. Mike's workers (and he) work so hard, I don't know how they do it. I enjoy talking with them since they are so knowledgeable and respectful; I learn a lot from them. "We initially contacted Abescape for an estimate for initial yard clean-up. Our first appointment was rescheduled for the following morning at 0700 and Fernando showed up at 0730. Not bad, only 30 minutes late so I wasn't concerned about that. When Fernando told me he didn't know what the estimate was for that's when I started getting concerned. We walked around my yard and I told him I needed weed removal, pine needle removal and possibly some bushes trimmed. After some discussion on the services his company provides he quoted me $685 for a day of work!! I'm not sure what the going rate is here in El Paso, but that seems like lawyer prices to me. I'm left wondering if I was quoted that price because my husband wasn't around or if that is really the rate. Either way we won't be hiring."

"KS Industries Remodeling Contractor worked on setting up a base for a new spa, removing and reinstalling a iron gate, replacing designer tiles on front of house, sanding, painting, replacing beams in courtyard, repairing and replacing rock walls, and installing an iron wrought gate. All jobs were executed with utmost quality and completed in a timely manner. Also, of note is the thoroughness in cleaning up the area and removing all debris after the job is completed. We have had a number of jobs performed by KS Industries Remodeling Contractor and have been totally satisfied with the outcome. "He was a contractor for Sam's Club. I would have taken 8 years to install it because it came in a gazilion parts. He and his wife came. It was a very cold blustery day outside. They did a completely competent job. It was very complicated. They studied the diagram and did everything absolutely correctly. He left his card. I have a home repair coming up that I am going to call him about. He really knows what he is doing. Especially anything concerned with construction, assembly or installation. I would be more than willing to call him again. I probably will in a couple of months to do a repair to our closet."
