Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. The washer / dryer is operating as though it's new."

He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. So, Ricky communicated that he wouldn't be able to fix it and that he was sorry about the time invested in the project. While cleaning up the workspace I felt a ping on my phone and I discovered Ricky had refunded me the fees I'd paid him to evaluate the appliance, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF WORK, miles of travel for parts, and even INSTALLING SOME NEW PARTS. "There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. I have a 40 yr old Maytag washer, and he said the hose replacement was difficult to find and because of the item he made 2 visits: 1 was the troubleshooting and estimate, the 2nd was to bring the hose to do the repair. He accurately diagnosed and repaired our washer resulting in no more leaking. He was done in less than an hour. I did not do any comparisons, as I had been without a washer for 2 weeks.
