"Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Efrain investigated and figured out the best way to get the excavated soil out as well as the pavers and road base onto the property. Efrain is a man of great character.
