"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"Victor Jimenez and his company Dynamic Hardwood Flooring are first-rate! I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. Finally, I was very happy with their modest bid, and there were never any suggestions that it should change. Victor has the experience (20 years) and skill to get the job done both quickly and well."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

"Hometown Restoration came by to do a flooring replacement. They removed the carpet and cleaned the stairs, and put in new luxury vinyl in an upstairs bedroom, hallway and stairs. Even though we had an early miscommunication about which brand of material, they went out of their way to get it fixed and make sure the right material was installed per my liking."

"We just had Progressive Builders install new granite counters and a tumbled stone back splash in our kitchen and I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Eric was super responsive from the first time I called through to the very end of the job. We were impressed with the care they took to cover our wood and marble floors and they were super clean throughout the project. They really know their stuff, from the fabrication of the granite all they way through to the design and layout of the back splash. Communication was excellent with all the guys. "Mike suggested we get the carpets cleaned and just do a small carpet replacement rather than completely replace the carpet.  He said that the carpet was still in good condition and should last at least a few more years.  Honest, helpful, and caring.  When we do purchase carpet, it will be from M&M Carpets.
