"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. "The actual job was to essentially replace the entire sewer system from fixtures to the town hookup, along with replacing toilets. Daniel and Jaime were awesome!. We contacted them based on very positive feedback from a neighbor who had them perform some work for her. They did a very thorough up front inspection (with pictures) and explained the current state of the system and provided a variety of options to address the issues they found. All of their work was top notch (and included before and after pictures). They always kept us informed of what was happening when - and were always on time. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why. The work was performed in a minimally disruptive way - we almost always had some level of service available (a working bathroom, etc). They started the job by laying down some impressive floor coverings to protect the house, and at the end of each day they cleaned things up. When the project was completed they restored the front yard very nicely (they left very few signs that anything was done - which was impressive considering the amount of work done). "Sergio and his team came to our rescue after we had our water heater shut off by PG&E for a safety issue. We received a detailed estimate after a thorough evaluation. Sergio provided us a range of options and patiently answered all our questions. We decided to also fix other issues we'd been considering and we were provided with a fair estimate for completing all the work at once. We agreed to also install a pressure regulating valve and a home filtration system. The Tankless Guys team was punctual on the day we began the work. They did the best they could to minimize disruptions, letting us know when we would have a water interruption and returning it as soon as possible. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication throughout the project, and attention to detail. They took their time to clean up the area they were working on at the end of the day, covering potential hazards and marking them off, and organizing the space to begin the next day. The team did uncover a couple of issues in our older home, which caused the project to take a little longer. They did not cut corners - Sergio, Daniel and Ray took their time to fix the issues so the installations could be installed properly and up to code, and to avoid other problems in the future.
