Scott stayed in contact with me for the scheduling which was two days off. The very next day the owner of the company, Zane, showed up to evaluate the job to see what would be needed. His crew showed up the next day, earlier than expected and started on the job immediately. They even continued there work during a down poor of rain! A bit latter, Zane (the 0wner) showed up and got up on the roof with his crew until the job was completed! He even looked at the entire roof and replace a few other broken tile. It is very rare to come across a contractor and crew that are so dedicated to, not only their work, but to their customer. Scott and Zane both, exhibited a concern for the repair as if it was their own house! I couldn't be more pleased with their concern, efforts, craftsmanship, and diligence! I'll never use anyone else again!"
