"Called and got an estimate the same day no problems; note that quoting here isn't very formal but it was fine for the work they did and payment a breeze so good for me. The job then went fine - the masonry part of the job adding to the wall was well done (a little light on the clean up but nothing awful, just know ahead of time that you won't have a pristine job site). The pillars they added by the gate look OK and seem structurally sound but may have been slightly off in measurement for the gate, then their attempt at re-hanging of the gate was somewhat botched but they also didn't balk when I told them to stop attempting it and just not charge me for that. They actually told me up front this was something they normally didn't do so it is partially my fault for going ahead with it. The price seemed reasonable for the work. If I had another straightforward masonry job I would consider hiring them again."

"Gary and his group were great from beginning to end.  I began with an estimate to tile the common areas of the house, completely finish the hall bathroom, scrape off popcorn ceiling in the living room and retexture, install the hood vent over the stove, paint the entire interior of the home, and some other details.  This was about half of what I really needed to finish inside, but that was all I wanted to commit to finishing at the time.  I had previous contractors give me estimates, and they were horribly exaggerated.  From the time those other contractors walked in, I could tell they were not interested in my job unless I was going to commit to them to do the entire house, and I was not ready to do that financially.  Gary on the other hand understood and gave me an appropriate estimate for only the work I was asking for and said he'd be happy to give me an estimate for the rest when I was ready.  He asked for a reasonable percentage down, outlined everything I needed in the project scope, which I approved, and his guys were able to start quickly.
I began working some odd evening hours right around the same time the project started, and Arne and the rest of Gary's crew helping on the project were extremely respectful and did their best to work with my schedule and allow me to sleep.  Gary and his crew communicated well, helped me with some of my decision-making, and did a fantastic job.  Everyone that was involved in working with the house was very personable, friendly, and trustworthy.
Because of the integrity I witnessed with Gary and his crew and the solid work I was seeing accomplished, I decided to have Gary give me an estimate for the other half of the inside work, which included popcorn ceiling removal and new closets in all three bedrooms, remodeling the master bathroom, and remodeling the large room at the back of the house including the bathroom and a new sliding patio door.  Once again, Gary gave me a great estimate, and after some strong consideration, I chose to get that work done as well.  I was going to have to stretch to make it work financially, but Gary, his team, and the work they were doing made it worth it.  This was a perfect example of a business being able to win additional work through great customer service.  The other contractors I received estimates from previously could have learned a thing or two from Gary's approach.
The whole job did not go perfectly.  My house is older, and the back room added on by the previous owner among other things had not been done very well.  Gary and his crew handled all of the oddities like true pros, though.  There was a surprise with some unexpected tiling under the carpet in the back room, which needed to be taken up that added some to the project budget, but that was very reasonable and was really the only time Gary had to add anything on to the project cost.  He even helped fix some things that previous "handymen" had done that were not done very well.  Many times I would never even had known there was an issue if not for the honesty of the crew because of how well they handled things.  At one point while installing one of the ceiling fans, Arne, one of Gary's crew that worked at my house a good deal, had accidentally dropped and broken the glass globe.  It happened while I was off running errands, and I would not even had known it happened had Arne not told me about it when I got back.  I wouldn't have known because he had researched and found the fan I purchased at Lowe's, went to the store and picked up the replacement, and had it installed as if it had never even happened by the time I got back.  He easily could have pretended the accident had never happened, but that transparency demonstrates Gary and his crew's honesty.
Throughout the job and at the end, if there was anything that I spotted that I was not happy with or needed fixed, Gary and his guys were on it.  The painter had missed a couple of things on the trim, and Gary quickly took care of it.  The hot water regulator in the master bathroom shower needed to be adjusted to allow the water to get hotter after they were finished, and Gary sent his plumber over and adjusted it right away.  I am very pleased with how everything went and how Gary and his crew handled everything.  I have a good deal of work to do on the outside of the house once I get the finances built back up, and Gary will definitely be the person I call to get it done.  Gary was straightforward, communicated well, gave solid estimates, and stood by the work.  I would recommend Gary and his group to anyone.

"Tree roots had lifted the wall to where it was cracked in several places and literally had finally fallen down in one section.  Rigid Masonry cleared all of the debris, redesigned and rebuilt the wall (and installed a steel plate about 2" above the root).  I did not contract them to repaint the wall.  I'm very happy with the results.  The crew was incredibly friendly and did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.  So far there have been no issues.  I'm sure I could have paid less with another company but I really don't think a lower price would have gotten me a properly built, structurally sound wall.  The expense was well worth it and I strongly urge those who have masonry needs to give them a call.

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence installation projects in San Manuel, AZ

The difference between PVC and vinyl fencing is nonexistent because PVC is simply a type of vinyl used in fence construction. Both terms describe a durable, low-maintenance material that resists rust and rot. This product is engineered for long-lasting performance, offering a reliable solution that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

You’ll get long-lasting, low-maintenance panels that won’t rust or rot, and you’ll find a wide range of colors and designs that are easy to install. Repairs cost $30 per linear foot, so keep that in mind if damage occurs, and be aware that extreme weather can reduce performance. Overall, vinyl offers a solid balance of durability and style, though you’ll pay a bit more if you need repairs. For many homeowners, the curb appeal and low upkeep still make vinyl fencing a worthwhile investment.

Vinyl fencing is more expensive than wood fencing. The higher cost is justified by its extended lifespan and lower maintenance requirements when compared to wood. Vinyl fence material persists longer and reduces the need for frequent repairs, which contributes to its value as a long-term investment. Installation may require additional time, but its dependable performance and refined look offer superior benefits.

The lifespan of a vinyl fence extends from 10 to 30 years. This duration is directly determined by the quality of the vinyl material, the precision of installation, and the prevailing weather conditions. A well-installed vinyl fence delivers robust performance, enduring durability, and an uncompromising appearance throughout its entire service life. The construction process reinforces its resilience against environmental challenges.

The ideal vinyl fence style depends on your specific needs for privacy, aesthetics, and functionality. A classic picket fence delivers an enduring, traditional look for front yards, while a privacy fence offers secure seclusion for backyards. A three-rail fence provides a balanced design that suits both decorative standards and performance expectations. Consider factors such as desired style, local climate, and long-term maintenance when selecting your perfect vinyl fence design.
