"Our shower enclosure was 21 years old, aluminum framed mess. We thought our only chance was replacing the unit with another aluminum framed system. Terry , T S Glass, suggested that 3/8 frameless glass could be a replacement. We thought our shower was a lost cause and could only be saved by a total bath remodel. The new glass enclosure is stunning. The fit and install looks to be perfect. Our funky bathroom now looks like a spa. There was one hiccup as a custom corner piece was not machined properly, Terry corrected this in a week. I would hire TS Glass again in an instant."

It took them under an hour to replace my glass and the price was awesome, exactly as quoted with no hidden charges. Another company gave a quote without mentioning a windshield "disposal fee," a "transportation fee" (for driving to my house), plus sales tax on the parts.

"Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.

"Perfectly. John demo'd 2 bathrooms and reworked them. Removed existing bathtub suggested a better process than hot bop as a flooring and and siding, much cleaner and more efficient and less mess. Tiled, installed two new seamless door shower enclosures. Installed new plumbing for showers and bathroom sinks. Tiled walls and created a rock flooring. Kitchen remodel John tiled kitchen, reworked the electrical and installed under Cabinet lighting. Installed new garbage disposal. Built a kitchen banquette, framed and Shiplap. Installed canned lighting in one of our bedrooms. We have contracted John for other service and will use John for any needs that we have with our home."
