"They came out and did installed floor now we need some warranty repair done. Been 1 1/2 months and still can?t get anything done. They finally said they would be here this morning, but didn?t show up or call. Called customer service and all they said is we will leave them a message. Over the last month and half we have call several times and they look and see where they have taken our claim, but nothing has happen to fix it. Finally did file a report with the better business bureau."

"BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and everything will seem great but they will ghost you as soon as something goes wrong! And something will go wrong!!! Their materials and installation seem affordable and look nice for the first couple months but the "extremely durable" LVP floors start to warp and look like they will pop up at any moment. I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (limmy [Provider Name Removed]) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!! We had a whole conversation with him and he thought we were a totally different customer and just seemed so confused and kept saying he was the only one that handles claims and so we were patient for the first 4 month, but this has been going on since September and it is now March and there has been ZERO progress!!!!!"
