He kept us appraised of his schedule because of all the rain this year. First day and every day thereafter he and his crew arrived as scheduled, they worked hard, explaining what doing or needed to be done as the job went along. Suggested we think about adding a couple of trees to balance out the yard and we agreed. Matched the planter color to the existing wall and it looks like it has always been there. "He was actually excellent. He didn't try to come out here and sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. This guy came out and within 45 minutes, it was a done deal. It was extraordinarily reasonable. They showed up on time. If I have any other problems or anything, I'll definitely use them again. They were excellent. He charged more because he had to get onto the roof of my house and they had to go a sewer vent pipe on the roof 'cause I didn't have an access at ground level or theough the bathroom. His machine had a snake that went 150 feet out and he went all the way out at about 120 feet or so to get to the main problem that I was dealing with. He's very informative. He was very good at what he did in getting it done so I would definitely use him again if I ever have a problem. They were excellent throughout. They had a very quick response and took care of the business. They didn't leave any messes, didn't try to oversell me in anything I didn't need or anything like that. It was a pretty basic service but it was at a high level."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
