They started a month AHEAD of schedule, and had reasonable progress payments as the project continued. They followed the architectural and structural plans in great detail, worked well with our structural engineer, and in several instances saved us from having to rip out parts of our floor and a kitchen window through their effective negotiations with the planning office. All building inspections were passed with no difficulties, and the site was cleaned up immaculately upon completion of the project."
