"The small project consisted of replacing three valves and wiring them, as well as two other valves, to an existing sprinkler controller. The quality of work was good, although I was not asked how they should run the wire to the controller. They way they did this worked, but was not what I would have asked for. This was a small project, took about three hours, and the price was high, almost $800. I had asked that the existing sprinker system be inspected. The pop-up heads needed to be adjusted and aimed, as well as some drip emitters might have needed to be reconnected or perhaps replaced. Instead, I was given an estimate on replacing all of the popups. When I said that I did not want to replace the popups (which all worked), I got a different, even more expensive bid, which included replacing all of the drip irrigation. Instead of getting a bid to do what I wanted, Gelacio gave me a bid for what he wanted to do, ignoring what I asked for."

Vince was on the property every day. They also trimmed some huge branches handing over our yard. We decided to leave the plum tree stump and Vince carved out the middle so that I can use it as a planter! Also pruned a crazy bay tree that was out of hand! They cleaned up after very well. Vince is a really nice guy with a lot of knowledge. I learned a great deal from him. Definitely will hire again! He will work with you with the price also."

"The first time they were out, they did a great job. The new drip irrigation works much better.  The owner sometimes has trouble finding helpers some days, but not this time. The second time they did work for us, the new helper wasn't as experienced and the job didn't go as well. For example, they thought that water flowing from dirt next to a neighbor's yard was a broken water pipe and started to try to dig it out. If they had checked our water meter, they would have seen that we didn't have a water leak. The problem was actually next door in the neighbor's yard. We were charged for the unnecessary and unsuccessful digging, which also created a small mess. I wasn't at home at the time to stop that attempt to fix the suspected "leak"."
