"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"Can not imagine a better response, starting with my call for assistance, response time and how the technician, Tad methodically diagnosed the problem. We have an obscure kitchen fixture that required service in Feb 2019. Under warranty the problem was easily diagnosed by me, a problem possibly caused by me and a replacement part sent and installed by Albert Nahman team. Problem: I broke the faucet cartridge. Current Problem: restricted hot water flow in this kitchen sink only. Turns out the new cartridge part is now malfunctioning. I called and Tad arrived taking a step by step approach ruling out possible causes: a clog here or there, build up of sediment, or blockage in the lines or cartridge. The company that sells the product got on the phone with Tad and they collaborated on the problem and the tech person gave Tad one more thing to try. After the collaboration it is agreed, problem persisted and therefore that new cartridge part is now malfunctioning and will be shipped free of charge in two days. Thanks to all, who made this possible and I trust we will have Tad here again soon to finalize this fix. BTW, cost of service was less than expected given going rates for such a call lasting in excess of one hour. Another comment, spending time with Tad during the repair was a pleasure to have him explain, collaborate, listen and just chat. Questions on who to call next time, no question who I will call next time. I have read criticism of costs: In the Berkeley area "How much does it cost to hire a plumber? Today costs are upfront, same as charges in Feb, $69 to arrive and assess the problem. Here in excess of one hour for $129 minus $25 coupon, total charge $173. I am ok and I expected these costs. If I was in Philly, where I grew up, I could call an uncle or cousin and get a better rate, a family rate. This is going rate for our area."

"We had a drain backing up in our garage, so we called In and Out Plumbing (after having an estimate done by another plumber, who said we needed some major upgrades costing upward of $1800!). In and Out did a free estimate (but jumped right to work) and snaked the drain after doing a few diagnostics. They came out about 1.5 hours after I called and about 3 hours after I called, I no longer had a back-up in my garage! I forgot to use my Angie's List coupon, but even so, it was worth it for fast, efficient service."

"We needed our Garbage Disposal replaced. We bought one, but realized we needed help to get it installed. Mike Counsil to the rescue. This is the 3rd time we have had work done by them. Last year they redid the pipes in our house, so it was a no brainer to call them for help with disposal installation! They communicate during the entire thing. Called and showed up when they said they would. This time we had Besmir and Jordy doing the work. Very friendly, explained what they needed to do, made suggestions along the way. "The work was performed in a timely manner and very professionally. The follow up visit to check the traps left in the crawl space revealed there was still a problem as one trap had a rodent. The technician Said was very thorough and even lifted a plank on the deck to get to the foundation. There he found three entry points that he plugged up. He was extremely careful and replaced all items back where they were before he started. This work had not been done during the initial visit. I am very pleased with the results of this operation, cleaning, replacing damaged vent tubing and wall insulation. A heat shield was also installed. The company has lived up to its promise."
