"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. "We are looking to get our furnace and air conditioner replaced so I have been getting a lot of quotes from different companies at this point. It wasn't just the amount of Moore's estimate. It was that they tried to sell me on some equipment that I did not need and oversell me without giving me a lot of information about it. It would have been probably about $3-5,000 more buying their more expensive equipment that I did not need. After talking with other companies I felt that they were trying to take advantage of me by basically selling me things I don't need. I felt they were trying to use the fact that consumers are not as aware of or educated about their industry. I maybe do not trust them. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
