"Snagged the Angie’s List deal for a $35 garage door tune up. Called A1 the next morning and was scheduled for 2 days later. The appointment window was 1:00-6:00, which I thought was excessive, but was told the tech would call when he was on his way. Jayson called about 11:45 and asked if he could come in 25-30 minutes. He arrived about 12:15. Right after he called, I received a text with a link that allowed me to track his progress - no guessing. Jayson’s work was excellent. He explained that my door was old (in fact, 12 years old) and the spring and cables would need replacing in the not too distant future, but they were fine now. No attempt to sell me something I didn’t need. I knew the rollers were on their last legs and we agreed to replace them. So I got the tune-up and roller replacement for what I thought was a very fair price. I will definitely be using A1 in the future."

"Tony completed detailed troubleshooting and got the door opener to work.  Tony made several recommendations.  Due to the quality of the garage door opener, I decided to go with a new opener that had a keyless entry and would be much quieter.  (It sounded like the old opener could go at anytime). Tony returned the next morning to install.  He wasted no time and installed the door opener.  He also took away all the old equipment and cleaned up everything.  He gave the entire door a check-up as well.  He quoted me $400 and stuck right with the quoted.  This included a new mounting bracket, new wall control, and keyless entry.  I thought the cost was very fair.  The overall experience was excellent. <br> <br>"

All disposal, tax, and permit fees were included in the cost. We inspected the job upon completion and were very pleased with his work. "We discovered our back door had been installed wrong by a previous person and hired Old Bisbee Enterprises to fix it. They removed the doors, parts of the floor which had been damaged by the water leakage due to the poor previous installation and some of the sheetrock around the door. They then re-built the door, floor and parts of a wall. They re-installed the inside door and the security door. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful! In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. They were on time every day, worked very hard and did the work for what the estimate said it would cost. These guys are very professional and do amazing work. This is the second job they have done for us. We will hire them again if needed!"
