We live out of state, and needed some repair work done to the family house.  Thank God for Angie's List, which is how we learned about Canyon Meadows (who came highly recommended on Angie's List).  We took a few bids, but it was clear to us that Canyon Meadows was our choice.  Michael Rocco met with one of our family members in the area, and our family member was just as impressed with Michael as we were.  Michael is a true professional with an excellent knowledge of his craft, hardworking, honest, and warm and personable.  Living out-of-state, it was critical that we find someone that we could both trust and have confidence in.  <br /> Michael replaced a section of roofing, which included rebuilding a wall, as well as installed a window and french doors. Michael was very good about keeping us updated and sharing photos throughout the project, in addition to our family member also following up on the progress of the project..  This project was completed throughout the seasonal monsoon, which was one of the worst rains AZ has ever seen.  On one occasion during the heavy rains, Michael and his son went above and beyond by removing / drying out water that accumulated in the laundry room during these rains.  And, Michael did an excellent job of honoring our bottom line budget.  Michael went so far as to use a few supplies (eg, lumbar) that he had left over in his shop and provided that to us at no cost so that the full repair could be made on budget. <br /> My husband and I cannot say enough about Michael Rocco / Canyon Meadows Remodel & Repair.  Our old family house will need additional repairs down the road as we can afford it, and I promise you that we will continue to use Canyon Meadows throughout.  We were truly blessed to have found Canyon Meadows; and we have Angie's List to thank, as well. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>We would like to share the very positive experience we had with Interior Trends.  We recently purchased a large house in Tucson and decided to do major upgrades before moving in.  We hired IT to help us through what seemed like a daunting process.  The project began with extensive discussions of our preferences and tastes.  The ?Kathys? at IT and their assistants spent time with us at the house and at their office, offering suggestions for everything from colors and materials to plumbing and wall changes.  They were most helpful in putting together a master plan.  Individual members of the team at IT worked with us during the process, bringing in other experts--for example, a window treatment specialist--as needed.  When we selected plumbing fixtures, they were with us, and their reputation for working with the plumbing distributor was evident in the service we received there.  We were at the house to observe the carpenters, electricians, tile craftsmen, painters, etc., and cannot say enough good things about their integrity and the quality of their work.  IT uses excellent people to execute their vision and does a great job of coordinating and overseeing the work.  The task of moving in our entertainment system components, including a large HDTV, and setting the system up was especially well done.  The components were placed into the beautiful cabinet space that had been built for them, assembled and checked.  When any changes to the plan had to be made, we were promptly consulted.  Similarly, when we wanted to change something or needed something done that was outside the plan, IT made it happen for us.  When the job was done, Kathy Lyles walked us through the house, inspecting every element of the job, noting the smallest items that needed correcting.  They also worked with us once we moved in to make any adjustments that were needed.   </p> <p>We are now enjoying waking up every day to a warm and tastefully upgraded home thanks to all the staff and crew at IT.  We smile each time we show people around, especially the master bath, when comments like ?oh my goodness, that is beautiful? are common.  </p>"

"We discovered our back door had been installed wrong by a previous person and hired Old Bisbee Enterprises to fix it. They removed the doors, parts of the floor which had been damaged by the water leakage due to the poor previous installation and some of the sheetrock around the door. They then re-built the door, floor and parts of a wall. They re-installed the inside door and the security door. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful! In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. They were on time every day, worked very hard and did the work for what the estimate said it would cost. These guys are very professional and do amazing work. This is the second job they have done for us. We will hire them again if needed!"
