"ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. Most of the companies responding to my post hadn't even read it because they either didn't know what a sump pump was or said they could install one but not provide one. Even the phone receptionist at ARS was confident they both provided and installed sump pumps. It was a Saturday night that I posted the request. On Sunday, at no charge, a service person came by the house to assess the work and give a written estimate. "Thank you to Julio Valle from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. After I had a lukewarm shower, I called Padilla Plumbing based on their 5 star reviews on various platforms. They had an opening the next afternoon. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater if that was necessary & told me their service charge would go toward any repair that they did for me. The next day, a gentleman called to say the plumber was running late & would miss the time window. What would I like to do?
