"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The products and service they provide is extremely shady. They installed brand new springs 2.5 years ago and their customer service rep LAURA is trying to blame it on my overuse then I tell her it's not my main entrance to the home and it becomes I do not use it enough. Then blames it on the builder. They use poor products so they do not stand by their work. they do not have a customer service just an ignorant rep that cares to scam homeowners then is rude and hangs up the phone because I asked for the information of the manufacturer they used for the spring to see their warranty. Do not say you were not warned and do not get fooled by their warranty or friends leaving 5 star reviews."
