"superb customer service, quick to respond and made the repair in a timely manner"

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"The two service men were great!!! The office help on the second visit was not so great. Had the repairman running 90+ minutes behind (estimating him to be here at 5:00 which caused concern on our part) and actually he was only 15 minutes or less."

"the service was great but he had to make 2 trips"

"Excellent work, great personality, provided information for maintenance in the future, and he will be called again for our appliance repairs."

"Kim came over right away to install our new gas stove and for less than half of what others were charging. The other three people we called would not have been able to come out for almost a week! Kim also thoroughly inspected our gas line and repaired a small leak that we were unaware of, still less expensive than any competitors' install price alone! When we found out that Kim does all sorts of handyman jobs- we were sold. He is now our only "go to" for any household repair or install."

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."
